What is body-mind balancing?
The body and mind are designed to work together.
Body-mind balancing is a program designed to bring these
two entities back into balance and harmony – they way
they were intended to be. Body-Mind Balancing by
Complete Performance is a body-centered program based on
three core principles:
1. Exercise
2. Nutrition
3. Bodywork
Because balance is the key to physical, mental, and
emotional health, we will work closely with you to
determine your primary health concerns, stresses in
life, and personal goals.
