Gwyneth
Short, MS, ATC, CMT
Owner, Complete Performance
Gwyneth’s education includes a Bachelor's degree in
Physical Education from Westmont College, a Master's
degree in Sports Medicine from Illinois State
University, a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology
from the University of Northern Colorado, and a
certification in Massage Therapy from the Colorado
School of Healing Arts.
Gwyneth’s expertise is in creating individualized client
programs that incorporate injury care, rehabilitation,
sport performance, strength and conditioning, and
nutrition.
Gwyneth has more than 7 years of experience as an
athletic trainer for international competitions,
including the following:
- 2005 International Blind Sports Association, Pan
American Games, Brazil
- 2003 International Blind Sports Association, World
Championships, Canada
- 2003 World Cup Fencing Competition, Cuba
- 2000 Olympic Games, Australia
- 1999 World University Games, Spain
- 1998 Goodwill Games, New York
Gwyneth also has 5 years of experience as a
college/university athletic trainer and 4 years of
experience as a high school athletic trainer. |
