I sought
treatment elsewhere, but I’m still in pain. Can you help
me?
Yes, we believe we can. Traditional treatments that are
paid by insurance companies tend to cover only an
initial examination and a few follow-up visits. In
addition, those therapy sessions often follow a standard
and fairly rigid treatment process that does not take
into account the unique aspects of your particular
injury. Every injury is different, and true conditioning
and healing require a combination of therapies, one that
is tailored specifically for the individual.
In fact, many people come to Complete Performance
because they are dissatisfied with the
non-individualized, non-specialized, and ineffective
treatments offered through their insurance plans. Simply
put, Complete Performance picks up where traditional
physical therapy and sports medicine treatments leave
off.
Do you bill insurance?
All of our services are provided on a fee for-service
basis in order to avoid
the limitations imposed by insurance. We believe it is
in our clients’ best interest to have the utmost
flexibility in determining the number of sessions
needed. In addition, many of our alternative therapies
are not covered by insurance, though these therapies are
often necessary for clients who seek the most
comprehensive care possible.
How long will my appointment last?
How many appointments will I need?
Therapeutic sessions typically last one hour. The first
visit, which includes an extensive evaluation, may last
up to 90 minutes. The number of appointments depends on
many factors. After the initial evaluation, we’ll work
together closely to map out a plan for health and
wellness that specifically meets your needs. Complete
Performance is in the business of healing,
strengthening, and conditioning its clients. We want to
help you meet your goals, not keep you on as a client
for the long term.
